What amenities do your rooms include?
Our guest room is thoughtfully appointed for comfort and convenience. You’ll find plush bedding, fresh linens, a private bathroom, climate control, high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, a small writing desk, and a welcome basket with locally sourced treats. We also provide complimentary toiletries and bottled water.
Is parking available?
Yes. Guests have access to convenient, free on-site parking just steps from the room. You’ll be able to come and go easily during your stay without worrying about downtown parking.
Can I book online, and what is your cancellation policy?
Yes — bookings can be made directly through our website, Airbnb, or VRBO. For cancellations, we ask for notice at least 48 hours before your arrival to receive a full refund. (If you cancel later or no-show, there may be charges for one night.) We’ll clearly state the cancellation terms during booking so there are no surprises.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onward, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We try to be flexible when possible—if you need an early check-in or later check-out, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are pets allowed at the property?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property. Maintaining a clean and allergen-friendly environment is a priority, so to ensure comfort for all guests, we request that no animals stay overnight.

Very private. The room has its own independent entrance, so you can come and go as you please without going through the main house. Guests enjoy full privacy during their stay, with hosts available only if you need assistance or local recommendations.
